After 30 years in the construction industry, Charles Meintjes knows that some of the biggest property problems start with something seemingly small — a leak, failed waterproofing or a repair that was never done properly in the first place.

Years of seeing the same waterproofing problems recur led Charles to specialise in finding better, longer-lasting solutions and ultimately to establish On-Top Roof Renewal Solutions together with Gené Meintjes.

His approach is simple: identify the cause, prepare the surface properly, use quality products and do the job the right way.
